Stress-relief, self defense, strength conditioning, cardio-vascular health, and flexibility. ATA fitness is made up of three important aspects: cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility. Each person’s body is different, but the beauty of ATA Taekwondo is to know how to use your own body. 

Train and compete against others in your age range to help sharpen the tools necessary to protect yourself and your family. 


Both men and women enroll in ATA Martial Arts training for the confidence to know they can defend themselves, and confidence alone is usually enough to deter potential attackers. As an adult in this program, one will learn how to deter attackers through long-range techniques. As you progresses through the training, the student will then focus on close-range techniques, throws, and take downs.
